Our guests can expect fully furnished apartments with well-appointed kitchens, as well as free WIFI and television. Rent prices cover Internet and TV access and all ancillary costs (water, heating and electricity).

Our management team will be happy to help you find an apartment that suits your needs, answer all your questions and support you and are available to assist you Monday to Saturday with any issue that might arise and needs our attention and help to fix it.
Those who are looking for even more convenience can take advantage of our additional services such as weekly cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels.

Swiss high standards for a safe, secure and mutual respectful living
Switzerland is widely accepted as a very safe and secure country to live in and we want to ensure that our guests enjoy the same high standards irrespective of the location of their Concept Flat, i.e. Switzerland, Greece or elsewhere. The realization of a safe apartment starts for us at the very early stage of planning and construction when selecting state of the art materials as protection against eventualities (fire, water etc.).
Our guests need to feel secure when choosing one of our apartments. We achieve this through the implementation of a comprehensive security system and the usage of technology (wired security system, smart locks, surveillance of public spaces, dedicated management team etc.).
To allow our guests to enjoy peace of mind when being at home, THE PLAN Chas agreements with renowned insurance institutions.
“THE PLAN C” concept apartments aim to promote living together within an exciting community without restricting the individuality of our guests. This can only be possible if a set of logically comprehensible rules are known to all and respected by all.
